 6% Total Commission: Offering 3.5% commission to the buyer’s agent. In the current market showing agents are typically receiving 2.5% to 3%. By offering an additional 1/2 percent commission,  your home will receive more attention from Realtors, which will bring more buyers.

 4% Commission: When we bring the buyer, the total commission will be reduced to 4% of the sales price. This is a win/win situation. You sell your home and pocket more money and we work hard to bring you a buyer.
